OCEAN CITY – A seven-year veteran of the Ocean City Police Department was injured last Friday in a car accident on the Atlantic City Expressway.
Police said Craif R. Wilson was on duty when the accident occurred. He was returning from a training seminar in Gloucester County.
He was driving eastbound in the left hand lane on Friday, March 28 when a vehicle attempting to change lanes struck the Ford Crown Victoria and sent it spinning over towards the expressway’s right shoulder.

Wilson suffered injuries to his head, neck and back. He was transported to Atlantic City Medical Center in Atlantic City and was listed in good condition this week. The driver of the other vehicle, Elizabeth A. Fusco, 66, and a passenger, John Fusco Sr., 90, were both treated for minor injuries at William B.
